Hey loves! Lately I have truly been loving playing in plaid. It’s almost like if I see it, I just can’t pass it up. And seriously can you blame me? Plaid can be dressed up, or it can be dressed down. It can even be worn as outerwear. Trust me, you can not go wrong with plaid. IT NEVER disappoints.

Here you can see me rocking a plaid pleated skirt ( thrifted for $4) when I was a panelist for an event. You can see I wanted to give this outfit a little edge, so I paired it with a motorcycle jacket (Forever 21) and a super comfy turtleneck (Shein). I had to complete this look with a hat, which was a Fedora. However, you can complete this look with any accessory.

Now here I opted to rock plaid outerwear. Honestly, once I saw the coat, I wasn’t leaving the store without it. I really wanted to show you how to dress this down so I wore a super cute and comfy t-shirt (House of Rehab) and Adidas track pants. If you know me, it couldn’t be too “dressed down,” so I paired them with a denim heel (only $10 ?).

You can truly wear plaid whatever way you want. Plaid can also be mixed with other patterns. I wasn’t able to showcase that for you ladies, but know whether it be polka dots or stripes, you can definitely wear it with Plaid.

Drop a comment below and tell me how you like adding plaid to your wardrobe! Tell me which look is your fave 1,2, or 3. Until next time!
